Phillip ‘Pete’ Everett is the principle officer of Precise Builders Inc. He has been working in the construction industry in Mohave County, AZ and surrounding areas for the last 21 years. He worked in the Southern California market for 14 years prior to that. He has 33 years’ experience in the industry. Pete has experience building with many different project delivery methods such as hard bid, cost plus GMP, design build, and construction manager at risk, both in public and private sector.
